Regulatory Compliance Quality Assurance

A global investment bank is looking to hire a compliance assurance candidate to join an expanding team that sits under regulatory compliance. The function is growing to ensure that they are meeting their regulatory responsibilities around controls and process.

The key function of the role is to:

• Perform control, key process and systems tests operated by Compliance and report any issues gaps
• Perform ad hoc consultancy style work as required by Senior Compliance Management
• Produce MI for senior management
• Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and the team to co-ordinate the assurance programme
• Engage with stakeholders to perform testing and report and validated pre-identified issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Investment banking experience and an understanding of the current regulatory compliance space
• Experience of internal audit or control testing methodologies
• An understanding of control flows and principals
• A consultancy background
